The biggest problem with painkillers is the belief that they are harmless because a doctor prescribed them. Street drugs biggest issues is you don't know what you are getting. When you snort, shoot or smoke an oxy, you know exactly what to expect.

Mary jane is the drug to use it kills the pain. and is not one that makes you want it all the time. My Doc has me on it and i love it only use it when i hurt real bad. dont need it when i dont hurt bad.

Painkillers can be as bad they hurt just as meany people as they help. They need to be outlawed. or controlled better.

I used them for about 30 days, due to a back injury, and realized I was getting addicted. I immediately stopped cold turkey.

True, there are some doctors who over prescribe but its your life not theirs!

Im guessing no one seen him spin in the heat race and realize he couldn't control the car anymore until he had surgery? Now all of a sudden he's on drugs, life is spiraling out of control, he's checking into rehab, he's done, LOL. You guys are awesome on here.

I can't wrap my head around this....Scott is the best in our sport. Look at everything he's accomplished and built. Look at his personal wealth, accolades, one of top chassis builders, etc...you don't accumulate all this by being stupid. But most of you without any facts, believe he was dumb enough to leave Tennessee and travel to Pennsylvania to enter a race he was told he would be drug tested at, knowing full well he would fail the test...perhaps this is the case but I have a hard time believing he is this dumb....and finally, all you people that personally hate him so much are pathetic. When the best in the sport is not at the track to cheer for or root against the whole sport suffers.

Why is it professional dirt bikers can racers ride with torn ACL's and broken bones, in the blistering heat and not look like a mess? I'm sorry but we've seen guys win races (including Bloomquist) with a cast on one arm. He's never been on that type of surface.

Dont love or hate him. But if he has a Pro. with pain killers he needs to get help. if not then he needs to test and prove it. My friend i keep asking him you Ok and then he was dead. If his anc is i can handle it then he needs help.

There are plenty of 50 year olds out there winning dirt bike races, look up Loretta Lynn's to see for yourself, if you don't believe me. And I'm sure there are some out there with junk backs and shoulders, considering most of them are retired racers.. Most 20 year olds couldn't hang with these guys. But.....what do I know?
