Bobby and DBM are in the Lucas Championshop top 5 right now and looking at a potential top 3 given that fact and there are 7 back-to-back Lucas points races beginning June 30th Bobby running his family car was the compromise so he could still participate in the Summer Nationals AND have the team equipment ready to go to stay in the points chase.

Bob Pierce Race Cars are Rocket dealers AND sell the Pierce Platnium car upon request that’s never changed. The only thing that changed was running a full time in house team.

As for team DBM they are just fine Nothing has changed, Kemp was already managing everything along his Daddy and despite his great loss he has fully taken the reins with confidence, strength and grace. Big C would be very proud!

Bobby & DBM filed an appeal thus deferring any potential penalties/suspension until the appeals board makes their final ruling. I have no word on the time frame for that process to be completed as of yet.
