they have made exceptions in the past for water because of heat. i would call the track saturday or keep an eye on stlracing they wont let you bring a cooler but i bet they might change their mind and let you bring in a water.Comment

In this kind of heat tracks should have a water fountain, let you bring in water, or at least sell you bottled water at near their cost. I remember a few years back going to a track in heat like this and spending ridiculous amount of money on $2 bottles of water. If you want the fans to leave their air conditioned homes and sit in the heat, at least work with them.Comment
