I've had rotator cuff surgery, 8 weeks from today till Dirt Million. Slim chance, on meds, maybe. Strength will just be returning, he will not be steering with that arm. Now you take away even more time waiting for surgery and it becomes even more unlikely.

I'm guessing that soon very good possibility. Hook one rut and its over with. I was 6 months out when I was cleared to play ball again and it wasn't even my throwing arm.
