Who is this Scott Allen guy? I live in Ohio and have yet to see his name in any results for the yr. Seen on twitter he wants to raise 1.5 million for his racing this yr. Is this guy for real or a fraud. His million profile says he's in a "swarts". That tells me if you don't even know how to spell your car builders name you are not legit.
