Hope he (or she) was okay? Looked like a telephone type pole was broken during the car's exit.
I wonder how it went up on its side in the first place (droop rule)? I was at a Northern All-Stars race at Ponderosa, back around 2000, and as I recall a car went over the guardrail in turn 2, ending up in the woods. Also saw a sprint car go out of Tri-State (Huabstadt) and end up in the parking lot, yet didn't hit any parked cars. Crazy stuff! -
I dunno. I didn't see any other info on it.
I've seen a few odd ones myself over the years. The you had to be there to believe it ones.Comment
