I would really like to see both major sanctioning bodies and any regional ones that want to participate go to a cross series penalty system when it comes to drug testing and bad behavior like fighting.
If you get a 90 day suspension, you are done for 90 days, unless you want to run for 2000 at a local show somewhere.

The two series should use the same testing group and make the results and penalties enforceable across both. This should be for both tires and drug testing.

No thank you. I'm all about remaining independent. So what happens if an official or lab tech is a little crocked and he wants to black ball somebody by screwing with test sample? Now the "testee" is out of work because of some imagined drug issue in DLM racing. I'm all for sobriety tests prior to the event, but I could care less if you smoked a joint last tuesday. This is all nonsense to try and look good for PR.

That lady in California started a blood testing business that grew like crazy, then she got caught having done shady things and now that company is in free fall. People lie, people cheat and those same people work at companies and labs.

That when you sue the testing lab, if you are clean. There are a lot motor sport that drug test, hell let's just any professional sports. The odds someone rig some to fail is like hitting the lottery ticket. 95% professional that bust and cry say they didn't fail are full (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word).
