Don’t take it personal, this stage of his career 2nd in that series means nothing to him. Small team his car has to be getting pretty tired and he has to do a lot of that work himself plus there’s a lot of money on the table the next several weeks.Originally posted by MI Dirt Fan View PostIt's only a 3 HR drive from Shady hill to Thunderbird and roughly 2 hrs from there to I96.
He tapped out.

Can’t blame him it’s hard stay on top every little thing before it brakes. Then ever thing starts add up and take a toll on him and his team. 25-30 races back to back makes it hard to fix parts/problems and find other problems in less 12hrs, if they have that at times. Most regional don’t have 30 races a season 😂.

Hmmmm..... Well, he has made it this far. With five races to go and only 56 points out of the lead. Thats a shot at 25 grand. Oh well, I guess he knows best on what to do at this point in the tour. I wish Babb the best of luck going forward.

Not only that but still a chance at $30k still up for grabs at the events. Whether he's had some bad luck or not he's still a threat to win anywhereOriginally posted by WildBill32 View PostHmmmm..... Kwd if he would of dropped off the tour while leading points that would be a valid arguement, but we know he wouldnt have he would of finished the tour to try and win it..so the tired equipment (which im sure it is), is not a good excuse. He started out hot, but sputtered down the stretch and lost the point lead, so he packed it in. I just call it like I see it...Last edited by Illtsate32; 07-10-2018, 03:55 PM.

Someone sent me a pm yesterday saying he's running last year's rocket and has a new one with 7-8 races on it.

That be true.Originally posted by MI Dirt Fan View PostSomeone sent me a pm yesterday saying he's running last year's rocket and has a new one with 7-8 races on it.
And like someone else stated, with I 80 and the PDC coming up (2 races he fairs very well at), he needs to go over his equipment. He's had a lot of parts failures. Maintenance program is essential if you think yer gonna compete with the top tier competitors.8/13/16
