It’s a 2016 Swartz, and a conventional small block Chevy from Vic Hill. He has no better stuff than them, and only really excels when it slicks up because he is short on power.

Shirley brought out a brand new car about a week ago i wouldn't exactly call that used up lol.i think we're should give credit where credit is do. Crapy track probably but everybody had the same crapy track and he topped them both nights. Also his first time their. Good weekend for a good up and coming regional guy

The Swartz by BOGGS cars are winning on regular basis , being there are only a few out there . And as far
as percentages go , as much as any chassis out there . The other thing is they are running up front ,
where ever they are . Be glad there is another competitor that can beat the big money teams . If you think
the big guns weren't loaded , give me a break .
