You could change the aero without significant changes. Even ears on a nose mounted straight, close the sails off, make the deck 100% flat, and take two inches off the spoiler.

And this is the perfect time to do it. The sanctioning bodies are in the driver seat. They pay so much money, and make it so lucrative for the touring guys, they WILL do whatever the series says with the bodies. You need WRG and Lucas Oil at least, to agree on something.
There was a time when a guy could say I'm not changing my body, I'll go run as an outlaw. With 90% of your big races being sanctioned...those days are gone.

Well one of them is doing nothing but hitting themselves in the forehead with a hammer every time you turn around.....so you may get your wish soon.Originally posted by CageFaraday View PostWinner, Winner! Chicken Dinner! Its also why fewer weekly cars enter series races. If they run weekly and are legal they stand no chance against a fully cheated up touring car. That DLM council is friggin' joke, they worry about homemade suspension pieces and seats that cause concussions and entrapment, but let the obvious body rule infractions go by. I guess things will have to get worse before they get better. I firmly believe we'd be better off with "NO" national sanctioning bodies. JMOWhere is the move over flag when you need it?????
