Congratulations to Chad Simpson and his crew on a big win tonight.

Special shout out to Chad, his crew, and his owners (Bud and Denise Brinkman) on a big win.

Also have to congratulate his brother Chris and crew on a charge to the front (ended up 3rd).

I like seeing different guys win. Those Simpson boys are tough not matter where they are.

Wonder if he'll hang it up after this year, or will he fund his own program? Hate to see another Iowa stand out drop out of the sport.

He is still planning on racing. Not sure if it will be for another team or on his own.

That sucks. Chad and Chris, both are really good. I’m guessing his owners are getting older and just stepping away?
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Hope both are able to continue racing if they want to in coming years. They represent a region of Iowa with a heritage of late model racing that unfortunately is slipping away.
            I hate time trials.

That really is too bad. Here’s a guy who seems to be ready to take the next step and win some big races and now he’s done? Put him right on the list with Brady, Birky, Matt Miller... so many.

Everyone calm down Chad isn't quitting. His owners are ready to retire and he announced he will be fielding his own team next year. His and Chris step dad own 5 star shop service and i am sure he will get support from him. Congrats to Chad, now he's got a WOO and Lucas win to his resume. Simpson's are tough to beat when you come to their backyard.

Good to hear. Chad doesn't get over this way very often, but idefienetly like watching them race.

That is a long time to be driving for some one. They must have a very good relationship. Best of luck to them, and thanks for their support over the years.

You should get out of your mom's basement once in awhile, then you might know what is going on in the real world.
