Thank you to the Talladega fans for contributing $700.00 dollars for quick time last Sat night!! Dillon Tidmore was called to the tower after time trials, even though it was announced at the drivers meeting that the fast guy was going to get at least $500.00, he must have not got the memo, LOL.
So I start to interview him about the nights event, how his car was and such. Then, I told Dillon that the fans had raised some greenbacks for him. He looked really surprised. Then I said Dillon, the fans have contributed $700.00 for your quick time, plus the SAS $100.00 to make it $800.00 smackers!!
The look on his face was priceless.
