Smelled someone smoking weed last year. May have been coming from a suite, we were sitting two rows from the top underneath the suites. Probably pretty common, just the first time I’ve smelled it in the bleachers at a dirt race.

My 1st eldora trip 18yrs ago there was a blue school bus drunk girls on top of it no shirts dancing one fell off broke a leg not funny but will always remember that then seeing portable showers with people taking shower with clear shower curtains lol

Camped next to a group of young 20 years old a couple years ago, they woke up Friday morning about 7 am and started pounding beers and playing drinking games. Come about 3 pm they all crash, and i think only 2 of the 10 made it to the track that night. Come Saturday morning they were looking rough and moving slowly, i think they learned their lesson...?

This story reminds me of a time at Pennsboro. A fan that was a recovering alky came to watch us race. He left his motel in Parkersburg and drove out to the track in the early morning to check it out for the first time. A few weeks later I saw him at another track and I asked him what he thought about the magic of Pennsboro. He said " I'll never go back ! There were drunks everywhere ! People laying around passed out like winos in the city, a group in a brawl, guys yelling to my wife to show her teats, empty booze bottles and cans laying everywhere, and a guy who had shat himself ! I had to go to an AA meeting every day for a week to get over it ! " And that was only Saturday morning !

I did too, very near where the sheriffs have their circle jerk by the beer shack in turn one/bathrooms.

Good weed too, not dirt weed. I’ve got no issue with it at all, as long as you aren’t being dumb, or I’m directly inhaling it. Don’t need to fail a piss test because someone else was gettin high.

It’s here to stay anyway, as more people erase the stigma surrounding it. Eventually I think big brother will come around too.

My first trip to the world was in 1989. There was a ton of rain that year, the race got rescheduled. On the bright side, a rather large woman’s mud wrestling event broke out in the rain, lol.

Sittin in my seat waiting for the feature to start about 2009 and 2 kids (18ish) sit beside me right before the green flag, HAMMERED. About 4 laps in one starts puking between his legs... his buddy just pats him on the back and starts puking with him! The cops helped them find their way home...

I had the honor of watching a big lady in a Boggs shirt and flip flops slide 10 feet plus down the love tunnel straight to her a$$. During the process she lost a flip flop and absolutely could not get back up the tunnel and get that flip flop. It was either call a wrecker or grab the middle flop and hand it to her. Of course being the gentleman that I am, I called the tow truck lol. I handed the nice lady the flip flop actually

Personally, I would not classify most of the events described in this thread as funny. If I was still in high school I might, but I grew up along time ago and drunken idiots do not amuse me.
