This is literally the first good race of the entire weekend or maybe the entire existence of Mansfield being back to dirt. Iâ€™m glad for them, canâ€™t wait to watch the highlights but donâ€™t act like the racing has been great there. I hope they figured out what the track needs for next year.

Glad to see Pearson win this. Looks like that Stuckey Black Diamond fits him real nice.

Pierce can't be too sad either to move all the way up from his starting spot to first loser and collect $40,000.

DoD does have the official payout per position listed under the racewire. I guess I didn't notice Satterlee ended up third. I was thinking it was Weiss.

Blame the format for no passing until the feature! The track was racey all weekend, it just took putting all the fast cars in the same race to see them pass, and some of those fast cars started in the back and were a blast to watch.

Whatâ€™s the excuse for the other 6-8 races theyâ€™ve had there? Both lates and sprints.
