Two laps before that Marlar was way in front of Pierce and Owens and then the caution flew. On the restart Owens beat Marlar from the inside. Pierce ran high through 3-4, got a run on Mike, and buried his right front into Marlar. I’m not sure where Marlar ran Pierce dirty in all of this, nor did I see any of Pierce’s car all bent up. Bobby got too aggressive and had no room to try the move that he did. It ended Marlar’s shot at the win.We'll miss ya Doc Watson...Comment

While I admit Bobby misjudged and got into Marler, I didnt feel bad for fim at all, I watched the race and as someone said Marler drove Bobby into the frontstretch wall two laps in a row before that happened, he knew he was back there too and the incident Marler slides out to wall then immediately comes back down at the flagstand, I mean when someones all over you you cant use up the track like your the only one out there. And Richards was ten times worse than Mikey hes a derilect blocker when hes being passed. Jimmy and Shannon when racing around cars held their lines beautifully the way you are supposed to...Comment

It absolutely does! A dirt clod is much more likely to break up on impact, therefore reducing a little bit of the impact. A rock absolutely won't. A rock is almost guaranteed to bust you open because of the hardness and sharpness, whereas a dirt clod probably isn't going to make you bleed but still hurt like hell. I'll take a dirt clod over a rock any day. But there are too many rocks in that track, it's not fum for the fans to get pelted.Originally posted by kazual View PostComment

If Pierce is such a dirty driver why didn't he take out Pearson for the win. I mean after all it was only 203,000 dollars on the line. Why did Earl say Bobby raced him clean and he appreciated that. Bobby does drive pretty hard and yes has had his fair share of questionable moves sometimes but, most have at some point. One thing about the fans they come to see racing and not tennis and sometimes in racing there is a little rubbing unlike tennis so, maybe from now on you might want to watch a little tennis and get your mind right lol
