Not a lap-19 penalty that dropped him from the lead to the tail of the field. Not a steady Dale McDowell looking for an Eldora crown jewel sweep. And not slower traffic during the race’s closing laps."

Hey DC, what happened in ‘94 that made it a great race? Just curious. I can watch the ‘06 world on YouTube but don’t think there’s a way to watch 1994.

I was there, and this was before the scoring tower, so I just watched the race, not the flagman. Especially with how good the race was. But numerous people have said that. And now we discredit a guy who keeps on winning because he’s in WoO’s drug probation deal? What’s that say about everyone else? Second in Lucas points, 160 ish out. Plenty of people have issues, whether they are mental, or drug related.

The best overall race was 2006. Just excellent. Best karma, 2014 World.

Me to section J row 5. We have been sitting there with the Dillow clan from PRP area and we all were in disbelief with what we saw. Roughly 2 dozen people.

I was there and rewatched the video countless times. Never saw it.

The 1994 race, I can’t find video either. The track was so different those days. Slick from top to bottom with all grooves equal. Several lead. The battle between Moyer, Davey Johnson, and Freddy Smith was awesome. I bet they were 3 wide for the lead for 15-20 laps. Bout a half a straightaway behind them, Bloomquist, Ronnie Johnson, and John Gill was battling 3 wide for 4th for 15-20 laps as well. D Johnson finally worked his way to the front of the 1st place battle but Moyer tracked him down late in traffic, passed him and won.

And on the slid job heard around the World, I have the same seats today that I had then. Section H, up top. Perfect angle. I hate Bloomer with a passion, but there was 2 white laps displayed. But not for every car. No scoreboard in those days so u had to watch the flag man or count the laps in your head. When Bloomer come off 4, white flag was out and the snatched back by the flag man as Bloomer crossed the line. No way in the (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)pit could Bloomer seen the snatch back. Next lap, Bloomer came off 4, white flag again and it stayed out. Bloomer eased up more through one and two. But got back on it. And then we know the rest. I’m s straight shooter. Always have been. And like I said, can’t stand Scott for so many reasons over the years. But he got screwed that night. Plain and simple. I believe it was C J Rayburn that made the comment to Scott I’d sue’d em. Lol. Oh well. That’s my take on it, yet again. Lol

What was a joke? The fact they complained about a freakin window net, or the fact he had high dollar shocks supposedly and smoked them. If not penalized, I’m pretty sure he’d lapped (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) near the field. All the more reason shocks are no joke.

A car with a window in it is not a car with a net. A car that is illegal is illegal. They don't allow you to fix it during a race.

Shocks a joke? An inerter is not a shock. A shock simply responds to the speed of motion with force proportional to speed. An inerter responds to acceleration. It is a whole other animal and a quantum leap in vehicular dynamics.
