We used to run sprints vs latest on the pavement and called them King of the Hill races

Ran Sprints, Late Models, IMCA modifieds, IMCA stock cars all against each other back in the 80's at Boone, IA. They would handicap them (Sprints 3 laps down, Late Models 2 laps down, etc.), have an old video somewhere of it. Funniest piece was the Sprint car spinning the stock car out.
