I think Lil John Provenzano was the only lap car Shirley passed outside. I chuckled when he had Lil John next. Former Track Champ. He wasn't giving up that low grove. haha

I mean they were are hugging the bottom, but Lil John was better than most at his old stomping ground. Shirley WASN'T going to pass Lil' John low. No how no way. Had to earn the pass on the outside. Well done.

One of the worst late model races I've ever seen there. Non wings were also terrible, winged 410s were one groove as well but that was at least up high so they were going fast. Oh well, huge crowd

Track was junk in hot laps. Told the guy next to me they could throw the green at the starting line and the checker at the entrance to turn one for the non winged sprints and the outcome would have been the same.
Winged sprints were ok at best. Stewart moved up to block and ran a car into the wall at the entrance to 3.
Late models were lousy. Nearly all on the bottom looking for moisture. Feger tried the top in 1&2 but couldn't make up any ground. Car counts and quality were very good. Good size crowd of disappointed fans. I'm sure we all expected better track prep.
