This is a Davenport and Overton kinda track. This could be really good if they show up. You don't have to have big names for an awesome race though.

How has the droop rule been neutered ?

The allowable deck height, when the car is jacked, has been increased a decent amount since the rule was announced. Most guys can pass by simply lowering static deck height an inch.
