Yes you can camp, take what you want in,as you drive in. should get there early to get good spot. my favorite is halfway up the hill, build a fire, stay warm. They call it Hillbilly Hill and it has 3 tiers. Most of the top of hill spots are reserved,but bottom and middle are not. Also you can sit in the stands if you like.
Is usually a racy place, has good red clay.
