He certainly can still win races, but no longer has the discipline to run for a tour championship. His cars were so much better than anyone else that by that big July weekend, I didn't see how he would get beat for that race or the championship. HE has since been completely undisciplined where a tour championship is concerned. IF he couldn't win this year with his great cars, he probably never will.
