Hell of a time to give up on me buddy... I was in contention while packing the track. Drove a leaf spring/rear torsion bar antique Trostle chassis... stepped on the gas one time while getting passed by Swindell, Wolfie and company. That scared my fat *ss back into the pits...

Awhile back I asked Birky on his website of all the faster, scarier tracks ( Tazewell, Golden Isles (old track), WVMS, Belleville, Cherokee (old track)..etc.. , which one was the track that made him the most nervous.
The reply back was the old Tri-City track due to a guardrail that would have done some serious damage to anyone who hit it at speed.
