No, that's the truth. Carpenter has been to PPMS and he was awful. Moran hasn't been stellar there either. Think about it, if they thought they had a chance to win $20k rather than $10k they would try to do so. I'm not a homer to either track either, but the quality of cars will be much better at PPMS. The racing quality is up for debate, all the rain will make things interesting at both tracks.

When did Tyler Carpenter go to PPMS? It had to have been before he got real good. Jared Hawkins is going to Midway, he would have a chance at PPMS. I'd rather see a big regional race like Midway is having than a normal lucas race though.

Yeah, he was there when he was still on the way up. He showed up at a Pittsburgher 3 or 4 years ago, and he just wasn’t at all fast. PPMS is much, much different from his usual haunts and the struggles aren’t all that surprising.

Carrier Jr also has Midway on his schedule and has won against Lucas drivers this year and many times in the past. I think Carrier, Moran, or T-Carpenter would have a fighting chance at PPMS.

Carrier may have the best chance of any of them, he's had some mid-pack runs at PPMS. It would be a stretch for him to win though.

Same could be said for the PA guys who come to the MOV and run. Miley is really the only one who has won anything down here.
