CHARLOTTE - World Finals. Late Models - Sprints - BB Modifieds. DRIVER ROLL CALL
Thinking about driving down for a mini trip .... Wife n I are looking at things to do along with this race .... From ohio we could stop in gatlinburg for a few days ....Anything else down near charlotte that my wife would enjoy .... I don't wanna make the whole trip about racing ....

Highlands of NC are pretty cool ( Boone, grandfather mountain, blue ridge parkway ,etc.)....very nice scenery and mountain driving if you can drive in from Ohio that way.
My wife asked how much farther to the beach .... Id rather keep this a mini trip like going to the smokey ..... I guess if the weather & the racing is good we could do a few more days .... How does the track hold up with all the rubber .... Is it follow the leader ....

I like the World Finals because you get the top 3 dirt racing divisions (Super Late Models, Big Block Modifieds and 410 Sprint cars) at the same track on the same night.
I haven't been for a few years now, but i absolutely love the feel of this race. Once a year we get to see the best of the 3 top divisions of dirt go at it. This race alone turned me into a BB mod fan. Maybe next year I can get back down there and see it again.
No Richards.... add Brandon overton and mike maresca in late models not sure if he will be in his mod. I think car count will be down this year
Did something change with Josh Richards? The World Finals are on his schedule on his site, and I also saw on one of the social media pages where he told someone he would be there.
Sprints:
Cory Eliason #83
Spencer Bayston #39 (assuming they are not backing out after the wreck at Port yesterday)
Giovanni Scelzi #71
Dominic Scelzi #41
Kerry Madsen #5k
Freddy Rahmer #51
Ryan Smith #94/#11 (not sure which car he is taking)
Aaron Reutzel #87
Cale Conley #7k
Justin Barger #5
Dave Blaney #70

I’m wondering the same thing myself... he said after dtwc that was his last race

Reutzel impressed me at the SCWC this year at Mansfield.
