He had borrowed a toter/stacker for that swing

Yea. But I just mean't in general though. Didn't Flinner run the Lucas tour a couple yrs ago with a pickup and enclosed trailer.

What he borrowed for that swing was a toter but it still only housed 1 car...

It’s not that no one with them has a CDL... it’s that the owner of the hauler (Carl Myers) wants a CDL driver to drive it and get paid like a truck driver... there isn’t a trucker on earth going to quit his job and do that grind for pennies...

Here is what I mean... Carl wants to pay a truck driver 40 cents a mile to drive it. The issue is more than half the weekends they only go about 6-700 miles a week round trip... at 40 cents a mile, that’s 280 bucks a week BEFORE taxes (because Carl wants you under the payroll)....

I have been good friends with TMac for about 15 years... I tried to help out and had the time off approved to do it... but after I talked to Carl I just couldn’t logistically see it being good on my end... I run 3000 miles a week, it’s almost a 900 dollar a week paycut... Hence why the hauler sits...

They do. A pick up truck and a trailer. Probably don’t have access to one or have the funds to get one

I don't think Longhorn wants to put anymore money into the deal.

The #39 team doesn't have a funding problem when it comes to everything on the track (cars, engines, tires, spare parts, engineering, pull down rig. etc.)

There "lack of funding" is for a 2nd full-time crew guy with a CDL who has to be on the Sweeteners Plus payroll for what i assume is insurance reasons.

I hope a sponsor can join the team this offseason so they can get that 2nd crew guy because this deal has been great for Tim McCreadie.

I too found it kinda strange he won probably the biggest race of his life and that was the first thing says, like he couldnt wait to belt that out...

But yet you say nothing about Bobby Pierce preaching about limiting the Cubic Inches on engines to cut cost because he blows them left and right? Cmon kid....

They had a trailer that could haul 2 cars... but idk sometimes they had a toter sometimes they didn’t. Now he has a old ford truck and a smaller trailer

If DB goes back to Longhorn, Big C will be rolling over in his grave!
