Capital huh.....
So, just spitballing here....
Capital essentially has Clanton on the national scene with no other real feedback from the road. Bruening from what I've seen has some talent and what looks to be good support behind him. Hypothetically of course, let's say they wanted to bring in a mentor on the road for this young guy. If this mentor also happens to bring a sponsor or two, previous relationships with the chassis mfg, and might know where you can pick up some motors and a hauler real quick, that just might could work.
Maybe if you're the chassis mfg and support behind your current driver is less than thrilled with how the season went it might be good to help establish another national footprint to help your established one, or to ensure you stay visible in case someone decides to bolt or race more regionally.
