Ya you could swap him and 0, I tend to favor guys who show up for big races so 0 winning Dream, Show Me and World finals is why I had him ahead...

At first I was in the group that didn't think Sheppard should be ranked number 1 but after looking at the numbers, I think its pretty easy to make the case for him being ranked number 1 for the year. Just going off the results from DoD he has....
most total wins with 20. next is Michael Page with 14
most combined WoO/Lucas wins with 18. Madden, Bloomquist, and JD are next in line with 9 each
tied for third most Lucas wins with EPJ with 5 wins. JD had 9, Bloomquist had 7
most WoO wins with 13. Madden and Marlar had 8 and 5 wins respectively
No he didn't get a national championship or the multiple crown jewels that most put so much value on, but it's hard to look at the numbers above and say he doesn't deserve to be in the conversation for being given the number 1 spot for the year.
