Per DOD Overton will be running the Rum Runner #2 in 2019. Says that he will make his debut with the team in Arizona. Going to be running XR1 with Cornett Power. The Wild West Shootout is turning into a good car count with some good names.

Joey's mom and dad Joe and Susan own the team. But Joey was integral in doing this deal. Joey is one of the best guys I have met in the sport. It was a pleasure having he and the Rum Runner team running our series this season. Joey will still run some races here and there.Comment

I think Joey's dad is a doctor. No clue about the name Rum Runner. When we were at their shop in Troutman last year, a couple guys did pull up and deliver a jar of clear liquid and I saw money exchanged($20)…………..maybe THATS it? LOLOriginally posted by Barbecueboy View PostComment
