What is the major sponsorship? I see they are supplying him with shocks and support, but is that it?

Is that it? You're kidding, right? Next to an engine, shocks are the most critical thing on a car. A top team can easily eat up 100K a year in shocks alone. Money wise, I have no clue.Originally posted by No_Weak_Links View PostWhat is the major sponsorship? I see they are supplying him with shocks and support, but is that it?

You're kidding, right? They could barely afford to get to the track last year it seemed. How about a hauler to start with so you could actually have a back-up car, engines, suspension parts and sheet metal, wheels, tires, fuel, hotel bills, food, diesel fuel. Not saying a good shock deal isn't huge, I just wonder if they are backing him financially. And I don't believe any dirt late model team is spending $100k+ per year on shocks

The headline on DoD says Tmac partnering with Bilstein. So I would assume they are getting some sort of financial assistance. I don't think they would have a headline just because someone changed shock manufacturers. Chassis maybe but not shocks.

JD is Penske is he not?Originally posted by SLIDING SIDEWAYS View PostYea more wins!
TMac’s issues were more than shocks. Lack of help and a hauler didn’t help matters.Up in the air who my next “favorite†driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normalâ€.

Satterlee just said at the PRI show they haven't made any plans yet for 2019. They plan to race but not sure when and where.

I think you're looking too far into the word "Partnering." That word is used in the industry to describe all different levels of sponsors.Originally posted by MI Dirt Fan View PostThe headline on DoD says Tmac partnering with Bilstein.
