That was my first thought as well. UMP doing something good is usually an afterthought.

I know a couple of tracks years ago that tried to do individual sanctioned events the same night and UMP always said no. Or UMP only sanctioned LM and IMCA sanctioned mods.

Surprised that IMCA is sanctioning one individueal night at a non-IMCA track. Heck is LaSalle an UMP track anymore?

My guess is UMP and IMCA rules without any sanction... but I've been wrong before.
