Ok I think you might be right MI. Seems like he was running for ROY to that year and he fell off cause he wasn't running that well and went back to Texas and ran the Comp Cams races if I am remembering right

Mo Bags ran woo last year til mid summer. And has ran the woo multiple times in the past
