Does anyone know if either one of these tracks offer RESERVED SEATING and if so, will it be available for the LOLMDS race events on the respective nights? Thanks in advance.

No reserved seating at NGS, but do yourself a favor and bring a bleacher seat and sit on the backstrech. The front side bleachers are about a half mile from the track.

You can park trackside at NGS if they still have spots available when you get there. Not sure of the cost.
