This is what Barry Wright twitter account posted on that picture. Leads me to believe Bailes is just another supported driver vs an actual house car team.
Louder for the ppl in the back: providing support has never =house car team for BWRC, that’s what we call regular customer service...That was just the internet/silly season/ppl “in the know” at its finest!

It is definitely the House Car team and will be maintained at Barry's shop. Barry and Lance will also travel to the events and crew the car. Not sure how anyone would confuse that when the release that came from BWRC says it in the first line.

The "louder for people in the back" tweet was an answer to someone asking "what happened to the 99" which I assume referred to Kyle Hardy who announced they would switch to BWRC for the WoO campaign.
