what happened to Jimmy Owens tonight at East Bay

They completely missed it on the broadcast on LORTV. Did Owens spin it on his own or did someone give him some help?

I'm not sure. All I saw was he got tangled up with someone else and Mike Benedum couldn't miss him in time. He was able to sort of throw the car to the side to ease the impact into Owens at the last possible second.

Looked like Owens just spun by himself and benedum slammed into him.....i think it was Monday Owens spun in the same place.

Jimmy is having a rough go of it so far. Hopefully he runs good tomorrow and Saturday or it is going to be a long season for him.

He sure is, but it doesn't help when Bloomer slides ya and hits the brakes right in front of you or JD does what JD does and puts ya in the wall, hopefully Jimmy can make it through speedweeks a little smoother from tonight on. A lot guys racing like early season jokers and clowns....Jimmy's stuck in the middle of it, it seems.
