Believe he had the # on the rear 1/4 last season as well.
I'm likely in the minority, but I think that car looks sharp. If I was the sponsor footing the bill, I'd want what I'm selling prominantly displayed and easily identifiable. That design accomplished both.
I wouldn't be shocked if you start seeing more sponsors in DLM racing request prime real estate on the door of the car.
Common place in sprints, drag racing, F1, etc..
Bloomer's done it for years. His most lucrative sponsor is his logo. That logo is his brand, and it prints $$$ for him non-stop at every track he goes too.
Show anyone who has ever watched basketball the jumpman logo and they know it's Jordan. Ask anyone who's ever been to a dirt track to ID the zen logo and they know who it is.
Bloomer would have a square root sign on the side of his car if it meant making more $.

When sponsors do something I DON'T like I remember it and dont buy their product... I dont give a rip how big it is. Just like with Nike..I will NEVER buy another Nike product if I live another 50 years.

I think it looks pretty sweet myself. Something different and it is not in some obnoxious color. The Drydene sprint cars run by Logan Schuchart and Jacob Allen are also Drydene sponsored and they look cool. Each has some blue to go along with the red and white.

That's fine. I buy enough Nike stuff to make up for your loss
