I don't know the whole story so I wont comment. But I can tell you, the court system believes everything the supposedly mother tells them. I have watched one of my best friends life become a living hell because of his ex-wifes antics and the court system slaps her on the hand and sends her on the way! He has spent thousands and thousands of dollars to fight her in court and the judges always lets her slide! Its a sad joke!

I'm amazed at how many people are sitting around a computer screen with a hard on because some guy they really don't even know is behind on his child support.....I'm guessing 95% of you still live at home.....UNBELIEVABLE!

My wife and I agree on exactly what you are referring too. And honestly, it’s a dang shame. The kids should go with who is overall a better parent, and if both are a POS, get them away. That is what she sees at her work the most, they keep kids with the low life’s and the cycle will just continue. But hey, we are “keeping” a “family” together.

And yeah, your friend, unless he gets the right judge, which could be M or F, you’d be suprised, he’s screwed.

I don't disagree. I was curious as to how a person goes to jail over what the court system considers a civil matter. I only posted the information I found, I was not defending the guy.

Sounds like the 0 was pretty good last night. Sometimes when an employee or key player lays out of work for whatever reason it shows where things were falling through the cracks and actually becomes a chance to see a better way going forward.

Interesting comment from Scott in the post-race with Shelton. He said they missed a few things on Wednesday and last night there was a lot less thrashing around. Sounded to me like he was alluding to their being some issues with Cody being gone. He seemed positive about getting things in order though. Didn't sound like he expected Cody back.
