24 qualifiers + 7 provisionals. 31 cars started?

According to DoD's site, 16 cars qualified through the heats, 6 more through the B-mains for a total of 22. Owens and Bagley, who both finished 4th in the B's were given spots 23 and 24. Based on what DoD had on their site, that would make them provisionals. Maybe 4 qualified through the Bs, but that isn't what DoD posted or what was shown on the PPV. So that would make 7 provisionals.

So pretty much a 1/4 of the field was provisionals.
I can see 1 maybe 2 series provisionals. But that's way to many.
