Ultimate Northeast to open season at Hagerstown

The Ultimate Northeast Super Late Model Series will open up their 2019 season on March 23rd at the Hagerstown Speedway in Hagerstown, Md. The event will pay $3,000-to-win, and $400-to-start.

Last season in the inaugural season for Ultimate Northeast, Trever Feathers of Winchester, Va., picked up the victory in the season opener at Hagerstown over Matt Cosner, Kenny Moreland, Mason Zeigler and Jason Covert in an event that drew 31 cars to the famous 1/2 mile oval.

Many of the regions top drivers are expected at Hagerstown for this event including 2018 Ultimate Northeast series champion Jared Miley of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Cosner of Ridgeley, W.Va., who finished third in points during the series' inaugural season.

The winner of the event, or the highest finishing driver who does not qualify for the Lucas Oil-sanctioned Stanley Schetrompf Memorial on April 13 at Hagerstown will be a guaranteed starter for the event making the Ultimate Northeast season opener all that more special.

Pure Stocks and U-Cars will join the Ultimate Northeast Super Late Model Series for this event. General Admission is $16, Student/Senior/Military admission is $12, and pit admission is $30. The event is slated to begin at 6PM.
