Tonight is a good example of why the Lucas Oil Series needs to schedule slightly fewer races. It gives these two series more opportunities to race against each other, and — more importantly — gives more fans the opportunity to see them compete against each other. I’ve been a longtime proponent of them evening co-sanctioning a few events every year, but there’s too many egos involved for that to ever happen.
