I love the way he was defiant as the man stuck it to him in the aftermath of 2015. As far as his self opinion, it's kinda like the second guy in your username, cnb.

He could be defiant all he wanted, didn’t matter. Still gotta play by the people who are in power, their rules.Originally posted by RaceEngineer View PostI love the way he was defiant as the man stuck it to him in the aftermath of 2015. And yeah, guess I could say they probably are pretty alike in a confidence kinda way.
What I do like about him, is that he can use old school ingenuity, plus the new school high tech technology. And make them work. He came from both worlds. No denying how smart he is, at least I think he’s smart. Garage smart, plus book smart.Up in the air who my next “favorite†driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normalâ€.

He did play by the rules. So, they went and changed DLM forever in an attempt to stop him. He created a completely unnecessary panic. We have meaningless, undefined rules about bolts and hole sizes now.
He does seem to have some ego. But, he did something no one else has or will do.Modern Day Spec Wedge Racing

I know it was. I was referring to the defiant part or whatever it was. He played by the rules, and they changed them because of how well they were running. And I’m sure countless teams were not happy.Originally posted by MasterSbilt_Racer View PostHe did play by the rules. So, they went and changed DLM forever in an attempt to stop him. He wasn’t defiant, he did something they allowed, it was too good and not overly expensive, so they changed the rules. And you either obey or you don’t race.Up in the air who my next “favorite†driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normalâ€.
