They are not even worth a response IMO I have been reading this garbage about cherry picking for years and the whiners never make a valid point. Track holds an event and all contestants welcome. Not quite sure where else made logistical sense for Bobby to race. As a family team, that made it clear they were going back to a regional schedule, he hit the races he should have.

And if I was in their shoes, I’d probably hit about the same schedule. If I had crazy backing and help, ok, maybe one of the two series, otherwise, what he’s doing is about the best you can do financially for a family team.

If you look at Bobby's schedule you will see it's over a million dollars in potential winnings so, I would say it's a pretty good schedule. They figured out it doesn't pay for them to run a series.

Beats me but more people complain about Moyer cherry picking than Pierce and he’s got a ton more crown jewel wins than Bobby.

As a fan I would love for pierce and all the other big name drivers to follow Woo or Lucas because I that's the only time I can see those guys at my local track, I can't travel like I use to. I don't blame him for wanting to run a more regional schedule and hit the major shows. He's proven he can run with the best of the best and so has Moyer so to label these guys as cherry pickers is ridiculous.

Good?
I think it boils down to three things.
1) There's alot of people who believe a DLM driver isn't one of the best unless they run Lucas or WoO year after year. (A false premise imho)
2) Billy Moyer has won...alot, all over the place, and that just sets some people off, so any reason to dis-credit his accomplishments is like moth to flame.
Bloomer gets the same treatment. One's a "cherry-picker," the other is "good ol' snort." If they weren't winners, nobody would care or be bothered.
3) It's always easier to spend someone else's money than one's own b/c there's no sacrifice. So driver A or B should be racing here, instead of over there because, "They have the money..."

#3 ding, ding, ding And Klem because those that shout the loudest aren’t paying the bills and they see some perceived notoriety or fame in running a national tour. Which is bull stuffings in my opinion. I’d venture that Pierce sells more shirts and memorabilia at a regional event this year than he did at Lucas events last year.

Who knows sometimes personalities get in the way, but...if Bob and Mark get along and Pierces keep getting closer to the secret sauce he has of modern tech that makes these cars so fast then maybe, maybe one day wel see Bobby run a touring series, Possibly with Edwards. I dont ever think Bob will go back out on tour, it will have to be once Bob gets too old or quits for good and Bobbys career progresses, who knows what the future holds...
