Babb and Bloomer have one BIG DEEP POCKETS Man behind them_ Ed Petroff. He has sponsored a lot of top drivers for years, but I know he's sponsored Babb along time. Maybe he had a hand in the deal?

The deal would be Babb driving for Bloomquist , since Ed is a huge sponsor for both. I don't think Ed would give someone a lot of money to let the car just set idle bye. Again that would be between them, not anyone else. Just a opinion, that's all.
