      TS, you eternal optimist!!!!

You'll be plenty dry on your couch, but keep an umbrella handy just in case!!!!

Yep. Or just ask Gearhead, he’ll get ya squared away.

I was thinking Carrhart’s year around, then I’ll always be ready.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

It may rain, it may not. But they'll get the races in, it often seems Eldora has a bubble around it.

Maybe Tony will close the dome this year and the race will just be held inside?

Yessir and I was one of many who stayed up and watched the Friday night portion in the early morning hours of Saturday, and I'll do it again if I have to.

Last Sept at the World they predicted rain for the weekend on the Monday. By Wed it became 100% for Fri and Sat

That was remnants of a tropical storm. Anybody who can read a radar knew that it was going to rain all weekend. This weekend is pop-up storms due to daytime heating and atmospheric instability, which is impossible to predict.

if our weather guy says that pop up afternoon thunderstorms will be in the area, they normally are.

Meteorologists are tracking a weather system that has a 50 percent chance of developing into a tropical storm this week. The system is located over the southwestern Gulf of Mexico as of Tuesday morning.

This system is the one that will be coming to New Weston. Possibly a tropical storm they are saying. 50% chance at the moment.

Thursday and Friday are looking good at this point though.....
