As long as you have some sort of internet browser on the TV. Another option is a "casting" device to stream from your phone to the TV wirelessly.

I have roku on the TV (just got the TV a few weeks ago) but have never connected internet to it, but Eldora website only says apple tv and windows.

I would get a fire stick. Works absolutely awesome for PPVs no matter the site.
