Wow, all this crap about sour grapes after the 2016 race! You weigh your cars on the scale at that track, if its off adjust your car to make up the difference. Not one other driver cried and moaned about the scale that year. This is beyond pathetic.
And the whole Tony thing, Tony has not been so great for the people around Eldora, they barely race there anymore, its a big event track and thats it! Let this sink in, there is not a late model race at Eldora all summer, the next late model race is the Baltes Classic in September, and yes I realize thats still summer, but no late models in most of June, and all of July and August, that sucks. Why do you think there is no Eldora locals anymore.

Yes! I would bet the same. Everyone knows the lawsuit was dismissed by the judge. The part they miss is that it was dismissed because the plaintiffs requested the judge dismiss it. That's usually what happens when a settlement is reached. And these kind of settlements usually involve non-disclosure agreements to avoid bad publicity and to avoid encouraging future lawsuits. If I was a betting man, he most likely got paid the winners share in '16!
By the way, here's the link to the original source of the information that the DOA found the scales defective.
Edit: should be 2015, in my original post I incorrectly typed 2016. My bad. Getting old and the years run together.Last edited by Stefan2k4; 06-09-2019, 09:12 PM.

It might have mattered after that night but, it sure didn't matter the night he was light at the scales and DQ by the UMP officials.Originally posted by ZERO25 View PostIt obviously did matter in 2016 or the DoA wouldn't have inspected them after Bloomers complaint!

I don’t understand why people are debating 2016 or a grudge or any of that stuff when Bloomer fully admitted they screwed up this past Saturday.

If you were a betting man you would be broke. Bloomer didn't have a motorcycle accident he's walking with a limp because you got your head so far up his ass, he can't walk straight.Originally posted by ZERO25 View PostIt obviously did matter in 2016 or the DoA wouldn't have inspected them after Bloomers complaint!

Why do they bring up 2016? It is called deflection. Instead of facing the fact that he let it happen again, which is hard to believe from someone they label the GOAT, they deflect to a year where scale certification was part of the discussion.
So comical.
Is almost as ridiculous as 20 pages of nonsense about a shirt that really has nothing to do with the shirt.

Yep. Tommy Hicks is a rookie! Face it fellas, it don't matter WHO is on the crew..... the same circus acts keep happening. The common denominator isn't the crew. It's a shame cuz I think he at least had a shot to win. I thought stuff like this was why he found a 'manager'.Originally posted by ThebigE View PostRookie crews fault. Glad they took the blame.

Plaintiffs dismiss cases so they can do business with the defendant again. This is what happened. All parties had to drop the lawsuit to be allowed to compete in Dirtcar eventsOriginally posted by Stefan2k4 View PostYes! I would bet the same. Everyone knows the lawsuit was dismissed by the judge.
