Does it seem a little strange no real PR for the dome race this year? Driver registration is t open, no mod/midget invites and short of a post opening ticket sales literally no PR from event that in years past has lit up social media news feeds?

Is the event even going to happen?

Cody Sommer who runs it never seems very organized. Doesn't respond to emails or calls either. I think he is wrapped up with Scott Bloomquist now and the Dirt Million race as of now.

I think you may see him push it less now because for the most part it has its feet planted as a event. They announced earlier in the year that the dates for the next three years have been locked in. Also with all the rain outs I'm sure things have been hectic with Mansfield. Not to mention his new sbr association

It looked like it was better then last year but still no where near where it needs to be. I don't understand how the can't seem to get the basic grading and banking right. The track wasn't rough like chopped up its just up and down up and down. That's not the dirr that's just in experience or the wrong equipment. Either way we will be their in August
