My god folks, Pierce won and won by almost 4 seconds. Now we have to dig up everything he's ever done wrong, everything one of his fans may have said that wasn't exactly accurate and then we have to twist the words of a 50 plus yr old man who talks about aliens..... all to somehow discredit the win. One of the biggest whiners who rarely gives anyone credit gave great praise to the kid, perhaps he deserves it.

In all honesty isn't that how a slider works. You slide the guy to take away his momentum. I guess I'm missing something but, now if your talking about sliding him and running across his nose or stuffing him in the wall then that would be unacceptable. Bobby has made many many good sliders and some not so good but, he's not alone in that department. My problem if he keeps making bad sliders his peers are going to start taking care of it and letting him know their done with that ----.

Exactly Kidrock, read the quote I responded to. He says that TMac should have been giving the top line the whole time without ever knowing anybody was coming. Bloomer had no idea Pierce was there and Bobby about turned him then he gave him that line the next couple corners. You can't expect guys to "know" You are coming, you gotta show them a nose once to let them know. And anybody that lives with sliders should be able to handle someone who slides out to the wall going down the straight stretches.

The key word about the lane giving is blocking, the difference is Bobbys always the one doing the passing, he clears his man 99% of the time he's taking the position therefore the lane, no reason to leave a lane hes FASTER. Tmac, Richards all these rolling roadblocks are getting signaled to go high when Bobbys coming, therefore blocking, don't block and leave a lane...its simple my special ed children
