This will be my 3rd time to FALS. Staying in Normal. But looking for things to do during the day, interesting sites to see, and a good steakhouse, good wing place. Thanks.

Best wings is Mugsys or Schooners by far. Mugsys has 21 different flavors of wings. Also get the mushrooms or chesse balls. Steak house we have Jims steakhouse or Alexanders or Logans all decent choices. We have a route 66 museum in Pontiac, also mclean county museum downtown bloomington.You can go to the museum and walk the farmers market both on saturday. Also on Saturday we have a farmers market downtown bloomington. We have 350 restuarants in town so you have plenty of choices. If you have kids Gradys pizza has amusement rides go carts and mini golf. Also if kids we have Pheasant lanes and family fun center they have mini golf, bowling, arcade and games and virtual reality games.

also have childerns discovery museum, mclean county museum of history, prairie aviation museum and david davis mansion also have a nice little zoo at miller park. also have outback steakhouse,and several nonchain restuarants. No buffets really except a chinense buffet which has american food to or pizza ranch. Even local bars has pretty good food, also sounds weird but caseys gas station as excellent pizza.

Yep. Mugsy’s or Schooners for wings. Stop in Lexington at Kemp’s. Great bar food and awesome beer selection.

Also for a unique experinece we have 2 pop up kitchen shops 1 is in Park regency hotel which is on the way to fairbury but in bloomington its called Braize, or the 2nd one is pop up chicken shop its in the vfw both have good lunches.

For adult entertainment yes but PLEASE call and take their FREE shuttle to and back as i know too many guys that got dui's coming back from there. The shuttle will pick you up and drop you off so no need to drive.

Plenty of museums in town just google them, also if your into Pontaic the car models they have museum in pontiac illinios which is near fairbury like 20 miles away if that. Alexanders for Steakhouse is what i prefer. After races friday night and saturday if you like karaoke go to Keglers pub. Pretty good singers in there and good atomosphere. Pub 2 in normal is a great bar to chill out at to.
