Guys, the racing tonight was not bad first set of 6 heats.
The 2nd set of heats were average at best.
Once they reworked the track, a big rut developed in turn 2, and drivers like BMJ, Erb, and Bronson about lost it when hitting the rut.
Bloomquist handled the track change the best.
He was hitting the dry between the slick top and bottom.

Hipefully, the track will be solid tomorrow night.

Owens will be tough to beat if he doesn't mess up with lap traffic. However with Bobby starting up that close, he may be a major threat.

i thought the first set of heats were good. it is beyond me why they decided to water the track. there wasn't that much dust and they could race anywhere. the second set was boring till the last couple of heats. hopefully, they will leave the track alone after the conseys and mod race. confidence is not high, but I think it would make for a lot better race without waiting 50 laps for it to slick off a little so cars can pass. they watered a lot last year right before the n/s and it took an hour to run the track in. they did the same thing at the latham this year.
