I believe this is the first time he has finished the race, I could be wrong but. CnB I’ll stand by my statement but only time will tell.

He also has the right to "race" in the southeast where it is freight-train racing every night.

Inverts, keep it in the minor leagues. Gimmicks to set a starting field is wrong wrong wrong and unfair. Handicapping a driver in these crown jewel events is not what competition is about. Madden is right as was Davenport after Cedar Lake.

If they're the best in the business then they should be able to overcome and invert and prove that they're better than everyone else. If they can't pass anybody then they're not the best on that night. But just like the liberals they always have to blame something/someone else. When the whiners win they never complain about anything.

No my friend, you are wrong there!! Conservatives praise CAPITALISM, if you are fast no penalty. Inverts are liberal socialism, giving people stuff they did not deserve!!! I dont have a problem with the final night inverts, they've always done them, but a six invert in the 10 laps prelim nights is rediculous!!

The wheel of misfortune has never rewarded the fast or fastest qualifier, some including believe this is wrong even if its Eldora, the man who has worked to be fast should be rewarded for being fast especially when the track isn't to passable, who knows that until the racing starts still the fastest should be tried to be caught not starting in dirty air especially at the World put the fastest up front and let the others catch him may not be the best racing but your not condemning a racer for being fast it was the same way in Earls day top 6 always got inverted reward the man who has worked to be fast

If they don't want to play by the rules don't sign in it's as simple as that.

All these professional drivers want is an equal playing field. Failure is easier to swallow if it's your own fault. At least you can recognize where you failed then make improvements. Competition is what it is......competing to become the best at that event without barriers eg. inverts.

Nothing is more liberal than taking what others earn and giving it to those that didn't earn it.

Madden, Marlar and McCreadie are right. This is a professional sport. WoO and WRG treat it like a joke.

Are Magnolia, TST, and Senoia in the southeast? I forget sometimes.

Someone in this thread said he’d never win above the Mason Dixon line too. How’d that work out?

Complaining about the invert, is equal to us complaining about paying taxes, it's not going to change. So why he even talk about it? That's the one thing they have kept from Earls old format. We know what he would tell Mr Madden is he expressed how he felt about it to him.

This is the typical diva mentality that has taken over this sport. There is nothing wrong with the invert, people come to see passing. In the past we have seen plenty of cars start deep in the field and win or make top 4, not with this track. Honestly the racing was not very good at Eldora this year, There was little to no passing, no bottom groove whatsoever. Its time to change the rules on these aero packages, unless its more about the party and the cars starting up front never getting challenged. Im sure 90% of the drivers would say the same thing.
It's like the invert is new or something. Lol. 🙄

There is nothing wrong with the invert, if your the best prove it. The elephant in the room that never get solved is the cars need less aero and a more racey track, if the track is racey you will see passing, if not you see a boring race like we saw Saturday. It wasnt enough to spend 40,000 on engines, now its 65,000, the outrageous shock packages, 200,000 dollar plus hauler set-ups. All the extra money that has be spent to discourage the weekly drivers and potential new drivers to enter the sport has really done nothing to make racing any better. It has hurt it. I see a day in the not so distant future where the Lucas and the WOO will have their cars and the regional tracks will have their cars. You will see Lucas and WOO become like Nascar, getting 15 to 20 cars a race reguardless of its prestige, look at the hillbilly 100, 35 cars there, in the valley of 90 plus cars within 2 hours of that track. It may be the only thing left to save this sport or encourage new talent to spend their money to race. The other question is, what format does Eldora fall to for the World and Dream, my hunch, not Lucas or WOO , but that wont keep the big names away, it might actually be good for the sport. who knows. We can all keep on saying the health of the sport has never been better, How many on here support their local track, check out the dwindling late model counts everywhere, even a lot of tracks in Illinois,Ohio, PA, and Kentucky (where car counts were never a problem) cant get more than 10-15 on a regular basis and a lot of empty seats.
